Alice Rose | The floral hire collection - Terms & Conditions

 

Welcome to Alice Rose Floral Collection.

 By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

  1. Booking & Payments

- Minimum spend of £200

- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total hire cost is required to secure your booking.

 - The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before your event.

 - A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required no less than 4 weeks before your event and will be returned within 3 working days after collection of items, provided all items are accounted for and in good condition - no booking can take place without this and all payments made will be forfeited and the booking cancelled 

 - Bookings can be made through our online calendar or directly by contacting us.

 

2. Cancellations & Changes

- Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

- The 25% deposit is non-refundable.

- If cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the event, no refund will be issued.

- Changes to your order must be requested at least 8 weeks before the event date and are subject to availability.

- Although extremely rare, if a booking has to be cancelled by Alice Rose | the floral hire collection then all payments made will be refunded.

 

3. Hire Period & Setup

- Setup is included in the hire price unless further 30 miles from Fareham.

- If further than 30 miles from Fareham then a fuel charge of 0.45p per mile will incur.

- Items will be set up on the day of the event and collected the following day, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Venue access details must be provided in advance.

 

4. Damage, Loss & Liability

- You are responsible for all hired items from the time of setup to collection.

- Any lost, damaged or broken items will be deducted from the damage deposit. If damage exceeds the deposit, additional charges may apply.

- We reserve the right to pursue further action if hired items are not returned or significantly damaged.

 

5. Product Use & Photography

- All hired floral arrangements are for decorative use only.

- Unless otherwise requested in writing, we may use photographs of your arrangements for marketing and social media purposes.

- All photographs, videos, and styling images taken by Alice Rose| The floral hire collection (or our commissioned content creators) remain the intellectual property of Alice Rose| The floral hire collection. These images may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

Photographs may not be used, edited, reproduced, or claimed as the work of another individual or business without written permission. This includes suppliers, venues, or third parties who may be present at the event.

We welcome collaborative tagging and crediting when sharing, but unauthorised use of our imagery is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Meetings & Consultations

- We are happy to arrange a Zoom consultation to discuss your vision and setup details.

- In person meetings are also available by request.

 

7. Your Data & Privacy

- Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store and use your data.

 

8. Force Majeure

- We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, accidents, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
